M. Esther Aboussou

Esther Aboussou is the Personal Injury Practice Group Coordinator.

Esther provides administrative support to Fabian VanCott’s attorneys in the personal injury practice group, which includes providing support on catastrophic injury cases, medical malpractice, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, and product liability cases.

 As the Personal Injury Practice Group Coordinator, Esther is often the first person a new client will speak with. Her skill set and experience involve managing attorney/client communications; managing intake and onboarding new clients; assisting with drafting, and reviewing correspondence, pleadings, and discovery; filing court documents; organizing, maintaining, and preparing case files; evidence collection; obtaining medical records; notary duties; GRAMA requests; interfacing with insurance companies, communicating with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and Social Security Administration; legal docketing; scheduling medical examination appointments; coordinating with experts; caring for client’s needs and assisting attorneys as they prepare for meetings, depositions, hearings, and trial.

 Esther’s interpersonal skills and attention to detail, along with her understanding of legal procedures and office procedures make her an integral part of the Personal Injury Practice Group.
