On February 23, 2023, the jury returned a defense verdict in the wrongful death case of Jahn v. Nelson, Case No.: 180302125, Third District Court, Tooele County, Utah, Judge Teresa Welch.

Plaintiffs’ experts were Dr. Kevin Brown (emergency medicine) and Dr. Allison Muller (Pharmacologist/Toxicologist).
Defendants’ experts were Dr. Kurt Bernhisel (Emergency Medicine) and Dr. Steven Day (Mortality and Life Expectancy).
