Trial in Holmes v. Davis et al., Hon. Richard Mrazik, #170500575 (Third District Court for Summit County, Silver Summit District) continues on Tuesday. (See my earlier blog post.) 

Plaintiff has rested, with the exception of a couple of cleanup witnesses being taken out of order so the defense could begin its case. Closing arguments are tentatively planned for Friday, June 17th.*

In that regard, there is no WebEx link available that I can find, and I was told (by someone who tried) that Covid precautions, the small courtroom, and the number of counsel/parties mostly prohibit outside attendees.
