Weidman v. Fisher (see my post from May 8th) medical malpractice trial continues in Judge Dianna Gibson’s Salt Lake City court tomorrow.
Counsel tell me that plaintiff has rested. Defense will rest Tuesday, perhaps at noon. The plan is for the jury to start deliberations Tuesday late afternoon.
