The Utah wrongful death trial in Lee Heirs v. Utah Valley Hospital (see my blog from two days ago) is off– the case settled for an undisclosed sum last night after jury selection was completed.
Next up are two medical malpractice trials the week of March 14th- one in Salt Lake, the other in Kanab.
