Trial in Taylor v. Landau (see my post for January 10th) has been canceled due to illness on the part of counsel. It will be reset for a later date.
I am tracking another medical malpractice trial with the same medical malpractice attorneys – this one, Weidman v. Fisher, #180901409, is set to begin next Tuesday, January 18th, before Judge Teresa Welch in Salt Lake. Look for my blog post this weekend.
