Trial should finish today in the medical malpractice case of Gillins v. Gardner, Civil No.150400088 (Fourth District Court for Utah County) in Judge Derek Pullan’s courtroom in Provo. (See my blog for August 14th) Jury instructions and closing arguments are set for this morning. From what I hear, this verdict could go either way. I will update my blog as soon as the jury returns.
