The jury returned a defense verdict yesterday in Allison v. George after just over an hour of deliberation following a seven-day trial. (See my post for September 13th.) This was not unexpected, given the trial court’s rulings that essentially gutted the plaintiff’s medical malpractice case alleging overly-forceful manipulation by the defendant chiropractor.
